Louis Marzilli
Owner/President
A hands-on manager committed to being involved in every project, Lou Marzilli follows a philosophy of putting the customer first. Lou has been involved with general contracting and high-end custom home building since 1990. Today, as the owner and president of Marzilli Construction, he manages the company’s overall operations, and sets the standard for excellence in every facet of Marzilli’s remodeling, renovation and building projects. Lou remains a visible presence on each project, visits each job site on a regular basis, and enjoys working closely with homeowners as they improve, expand or build their dream homes.
Exterior Project Managers/ Lead Carpenters
With years of experience in residential construction, the project manager is responsible for the daily management of exterior building functions. He guides the Marzilli team of carpenters and craftsmen, and supervised the installation and finishing of siding, trim, accessories and other exterior components. They are skilled in project management, and in the use of construction software that coordinates the many details of keeping a project within budget, and on track for a timely delivery.
Manager, Interior Fit and Finish
It takes a combination of artistry, skill, and an eye for detail to craft a Marzilli interior. Leading this effort is a Master Carpenter, a professional with experience in finish carpentry, interior millwork and cabinetry installation. They manage all aspects of interior fit and finish of custom designed kitchens, baths, libraries, offices, entertainment rooms and more.
Design and Selections
The Marzilli Showroom offers customers a myriad of options for creating their ideal interior. We help make the choices of those options much easier. With a degreed interior designer at your disposal, in-depth knowledge of interior products, accessories, materials and color selection, we work with customers to bring the details together, offering advice and direction when needed, and helping to simplify the selection process.
